Reserved a nonsmoking room, when we arrived only had smoking rooms, receptionist was very rude attitude wise and didn’t want listen to my concerns, on top of that no Tv, called front desk and was told that there was nothing she could do and that they would be available at 9:00 am. No offer to switch rooms or any empathy. If you don’t like your job, switch occupations. Very bad experience. I hope the manager will make it a better one.

Horrible customer service, room 140 have rats, phones don’t work, room 115 haves roaches and smell like cat piss , 155 also stink . Rooms have cracked windows, No internet. Staff not honest. Maybe one cleaning lady will go thru your personal items. My Apple Watch & glasses was never returned. The entire staff needs to be replaced including the manager , the manager is worst. Ms. K ask you personal questions ,she will also ask guest to buy her food . Bottom line staff forget you’re a paying customer. Bottom line run from this place not worth it.

I regret to say that my recent experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and concerning. As a returning guest who had previously enjoyed peaceful stays here, I was alarmed by the decline in both safety and customer service. During my most recent visit, my vehicle was tampered with, including interference with my license plate tags. When I brought this matter to the attention of hotel management, I was not met with concern or assistance instead, I was abruptly asked to leave the property. This was not an isolated incident. There have been multiple reports of safety-related issues at this hotel, including guests being followed and a general lack of security on the premises. These are serious matters that deserve appropriate attention, yet the management team has consistently failed to respond in a professional or timely manner. The manager and staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and empathy throughout the ordeal. Rather than addressing guest concerns with courtesy and urgency, they appeared dismissive and uncooperative. For those considering a stay here, I strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodations where safety, respect, and customer service are prioritized.

We just checked in tonight. The Front desk staff put us in a smoking room( EVEN THOUGH OUR RESERVATION WAS FOR A NON SMOKING). Very UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE We also don't have no TV access.
