Xavier was a great and vet helpful with the check in progress. Explain everything very clearly and help me upgrade to a better room as well. I been driving for 9 hrs from Tennessee and needed somewhere to sleep before my appointment.

Absolutely zero amenities. No pool, no breakfast, no fridge, no microwave, “ free coffee in the lobby in the morning” empty. Bedroom was definitely dirty as hell. Floors were sticky my feet definitely turned brown. Booger on the side of my bed. Place definitely hasn’t been swept or mopped. Noooooot super stoked on my stay. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was very little stuff available last minute, but next time I’ll just spend the extra money on somewhere else. Also, our TV didn’t function properly at all. Flashing and glitching with lines running through it.

The rooms do look clean you know when you arrive and everything but this place has a bug problem the first time i was here i didn’t notice anything second time woke up with roaches 🪳 in the bed crawling from the corners, shake sheets bugs falling to the floor. The place do look clean though towels clean all of that and the customer service pretty cool too

Welcoming beginning, not any issues getting into our room. After that, the room keys both stopped working on more than one occasion. While front desk was helpful after we got to it, 3 times for keys to demagnetize was excessive. You have to pay for shampoo and the bathroom was a bit jacked up. Helpful staff is saving the review from being worse.
