My friends all say, "Why do you stay in Dalhart, Tx on your way to Colorado?" And I always say I love the Hampton Inn in Dalhart! This is my fifth time (?) to stay at this Hampton Inn and it is the same now as the first time I stayed there. It is very consistent. The rooms are very clean, the beds are white and pretty, mattresses are good, shower is ok, could use better pressure but it's not an issue. The air conditioning works fine and I've never had a problem with noise from other rooms. The staff is excellent, especially Pam, who is a gem. She has helped me so many times including this last time when I woke up to a flat tire on my car! She told me to go across the street to the tire shop and what a lucky thing my tire went flat overnight! My dog Jasper is a fan, too. They are all so nice to him! The breakfast is good and delivered with such care and cleanliness. The bar is a nice option, too. It's not loud but very nice to sit and have a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Wanted to leave a good review for ZOE from the front desk. She was very knowledgeable and kind and helped me with my issue and deserves recognition for being a good hotel hostess. The rooms are exceptionally clean and overall hotel management is top-tier. Really good breakfast as well. Any needs that arise you can be assured you’re in good hands.

Rolled into Dalhart on motorcycles, had to call it a day because the storms that were rolling in on us. We saw a couple motels that looked sketchy, then did a search and found the Hampton Inn right down the street and was so excited they had a hotel in the area. Hampton Inns are usually my go-to hotels to stay at. We found this location and it's new, super clean and very, very nice. They have an inhouse bar and served a good, clean and hot breakfast. Staff was very kind and inviting. The rooms were pristine and clean. Unlike some of the other hotels in the area where you're afraid to lay on the bed, this hotel was spotless. Absolutely give the Hampton Inn, in any city, a try, especially if you find yourself in Dalhart, this location was a pleasant stay. Highly recommend them. Bang for your buck, you'll pay a little more than a few other choices in the area, but I promise you, it is well worth the difference, for the peace of mind.

Rooms are very nice. Clean, well kept facility. Bar was closed at 8:30pm. DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF DISCOUNT. Front desk told me when I gave my Armed Forces ID card AND retired State Trooper credentials "We only give a discount to active duty WHO ARE TRAVELING ON WRITTEN ORDERS". Confirmed with the manager when I checked out. Won't be staying at this one again. They have Tesla chargers that are obviously not used.
