We walked in and smelled horrible at front desk the first room we got the ac/heater didn’t work and was like 85 in room. The other couple that we were with their first room already had people sleeping in the room so they had to get a different room also. And breakfast was horrible do not recommend for anyone stay somewhere else pay the money to go elsewhere

This place is disgusting, It smells horrible in the lobby, hallways and room. Smells heavily of chemicals and stale food. Very outdated and scuffed furniture in the lobby. Service is very mediocre. The room was smelly and dirty. Found a used hair tie on the floor with hair on it. Visible residue on every service on the room. I would give 0 stars is possible. EVERYTHING STINKS IN THIS PLACE. I would save your money and stay else where.

This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at the walls and doors had greasy handprints all over them. the Coffee pot was in the bathroom and had old toothpaste spots on it. the soap dispenser was broken and empty. there was some type of old paneling used to patch the ceiling. Carpet was dirty. Walking in the downstairs the air was thick with someone cooking food it was not a pleasant smell. I took pictures to show what a dump it was.

The room was very misrepresented online. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofabed for my husband and I with our 3 grandchildren. The room we got had 2 full beds and no sofabed. When my husband asked about it he was told that this location did not have any rooms matching the online description. It was late when we arrived and the gentleman at the desk was kind enough to allow the grandkids to swim until 9:30 instead of 9 which I sincerely appreciated. The breakfast room was not stocked well. Very small batches of food were put out for the guests at a time and we had to ask for plates and bowls and cups. I understand not wanting to waste items but we watched several guests get frustrated or decided to do something different for breakfast because food was not out. The room had also not been thoroughly cleaned. There was still food left kn the floor by the window from a previous guest.
