Outstanding care. Every week they had to bring oxygen to my mother-in-law. As a healthcare worker myself I can't emphasize how important that small window of human contact is for a senior who is stuck in their room attached to an oxygen line. This is hands down one of the best oxygen suppliers that I've seen and that's including both personal and in the workforce.

Been delayed half. a dozen times with repair issues for our mobility scooter. After waiting SEVERAL times for the repaired mobility scooter,.. Today, in real time , It has been over a week to fix a tire . My opinion is that service could be followed up on as the disabled client is cut off from her doctor and there has been no communication with Motion. Not a phone call mor a text The staff are polite . When a person has no legs and nothing to eat. A week is very long to fix on e flat tire. On the whole, in person service is awesome. I was made aware today as to why no follow up, the technician( Mike ) was on holidays, much deservedi might add. I have to elaborate that we have had very many occasions in which we were incredibly taken care ofby the crew at Motion and would like to offer kudos to them. Was just a little dismayed and frustrated by not having transportation out in the middle of nowhere as we are

I recently went to Motion with my elderly mother who needed to replace her old walker. This place was recommended by the occupational therapist who also suggested going through the ADP program. The staff was extremely friendly and very proficient in demonstrating the possible options. My mother felt very comfortable with the salesman as soon as he greeted us at the door. Although the process took several weeks, that was due to ensuring they had all required paperwork in order. They also volunteered to deliver the walker to my mom's retirement residence in order to save me a return trip from out of town. I would definitely recommend Motion.

Healing Trauma

Awful experience. Manager man with goatee was rude and unhelpful with my elderly mother because she is disabled. Would not recommend for any product. Use Amazon or Go to TLC on brookdale Ave.
