Sorry it is late, but I have been meaning to write a review because of the very positive experience I received at your garage. I had a problem with my Ford Focus stalling, which my old garage neglected to fix, even after I explained what I was happening. Frustrated, I decided to visit your offices in late November on a couple of word-of-mouth recommendations. Your receptionist was very helpful and reassuringly told me she recognised the problem, having once had the same issue with her own car. So I booked my car in for the following week. I dropped it off at 8am and the problem was fixed properly and inexpensively in two hours. The technician who worked on my car was friendly, professional and explained the repair in easy to understand terms. My car continues to run smoothly and reliably, with no sign of the problem recurring. Mastertec showed me how a professional garage should operate. They give an honest and customer focused service, and have gained a new customer in me.

Sorry for late review , just wanted to say a very big thank you to you guys for helping my husband in Nov , to get him back home safely . When he went to main deals around Essex who said come back in January! The boss stopped what he was doing and fixed the fault and he got back to France safely .
