I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff members who helped me pick my new car. I recently had my Mini scrapped, so I was suddenly without a car. The thought of getting a new one after my first experience elsewhere was honestly frightening—I was full of worry that I’d be taken advantage of again. But that wasn’t the case at all. **Ryan**, the salesperson who helped me and my dad, was amazing. He answered every one of my questions—no matter how silly they felt—and was so patient and reassuring. He made sure everything was done thoroughly and walked me through each step of the process. **Alec**, who helped me sort out the finance, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood every detail before moving forward. He really put my mind at ease by breaking everything down and checking that nothing was left uncertain. And **Abdar** (sorry if I’ve misspelled it—my spelling is shocking 😅), who helped with the handover, completely made my night. He was so positive and welcoming, and his energy made driving home in my new car feel even more exciting. I’m no longer carless, and it feels amazing! Thank you so much to all three staff members who helped me. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than the lovely team who supported me through this. You’re all amazing!

I would like to say what a brilliant place ! I went in only to look at cars! And went back following day for a test drive and put a deposit down straight after! Thank you Ryan , no hard sell no constantly pushing for a sale! A very pleasant experience thank you I love my fiat 500e!!!

So bad I wish I could give 1 star. Was in a hurry and had to buy this car in a rush. Alarm bells rang when we were allowed to drive barely 2 miles in a test drive. Some errors came up as we finished the test drive and I was assured these would be fixed. I purchased the car as we had only that day to shop and no time to visit another shop. Collected the car when it was fixed, only for a heap of errors to start flashing up as soon as I got it home. Parking sensors, airbag, brake, SOS, infotainment system, and other errors. I have contacted the sales exec on his email, the service manager (Jackie) and head of UK sales, all by email. I have requested a full refund of the car within 100 miles of collection, but been completely ignored. I have followed this with multiple emails (interesting that nobody answers the phone to me anymore), and still been completely ignored. To their credit, when I first told them of the faults they had me in that afternoon to be diagnosed, and recommended dealer involvement. Seat had no availability for 7 weeks, which they finally agreed was not acceptable, so booked me with a Seat specialist. It is currently there but I have been told by the specialist that the car has sat with them all day because they can't get through to anyone at Sytner (really?! they are ignoring the phones...? ). I am giving this specialist opportunity to repair things but am already seeking legal advice. Don't shop here. Stay away. Learn from my mistakes
