Samantha is AMAZING, quite literally could not ask for a better agent. We’ve been working with her for 7 years, have bought multiple houses (our home and a few rental properties) and finally just sold a home with her too. And in between all that she always was willing to show us houses we’d randomly send her when we weren’t actively buying. She has always been honest and straight forward about everything “wrong” she notices during showings, she fights for us and works her butt off getting things done on time (early) and in our favor. I have friends that have since become agents but I’d never leave working with Samantha’s she also has incredible recommendations for anything you could need (lender/broker, inspector, insurance, taxes, etc.).
