He was professional, kind and compassionate from beginning to end. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us the time we needed to say our final goodbye. Being able to say goodbye at home brought us a lot of peace. We were able to save our girl Cali from spending her final moments in an unfamiliar and scary place, but rather in the comfort of her home - the place she loved the most, with the people she loved the most.
