I was behind one these trucks and a rock came out of the top of it and made a huge crack in my wind shield- I tried to pull over the driver but he ignored me. I then took a bunch of photos and contacted the company. They told me there is nothing that they can do. This company does not not have practical values and is sloppy with the way they truck. Very disappointed that I now have to pay $400 for a new windshield due to them not wanting to take responsibility for there actions. It is sad when companies do not have practical values.
be careful when driving around these trucks, in my opinion they dont seem to check their loads. i watched multiple large stones fall from the back of a triaxel and crack my windshield in a few spots. xpress way and their insurance company basically told me tough luck. be aware that they think you as a driver are responsible for their inability to be safe
