Bruce and the crew at Mountain Roofing could not have been more accommodating and professional. They did outstanding work, handled insurance issues and made replacing my roof a seamless and easy experience at a great price. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result.

I am very disappointed in this company. I had been working with them for months to get my roof replaced and a hole in my roof fixed. There were some barriers with this due to my AC unit being on the roof but I had a company willing and ready to come help remove the unit while the company did the roof work. In my communications with Bruce, we spoke over the phone and by text. When I spoke with Bruce over the phone, I asked many questions to ensure I understood what they needed and next steps. Bruce was condescending and seemed irritated with my questions. I received the contract from Bruce in my email to sign and roughly two hours later he emailed again and informed me they would "have to pass on this job" because it was too small of a job, too complicated, and their supplier would not travel to my house due to distance. What I don't understand is why they did not address these issues with me sooner. Knowing this company is Littleton based, I was worried about the distance. However, I continued to work with them because there was no communication or concerns expressed from them about this being a barrier. If I had known this was too much of a hassle for them, I would have appreciated them telling me before going through all of the scheduling and beginning paperwork. This was an unfortunate waste of time for everyone involved, not just me and this company, but for the company helping with the AC unit as well. Bruce lacked professionalism in his communication and overall interactions with myself and the AC company. If you live an hour or more away from this company, make sure to ask if they will even do the work because they won't tell you until far too late. I had worked with another individual with this company and she was incredibly helpful, communicative, and understanding. My experience with Bruce was frustrating and completely dissatisfying.

I had a great experience with Mountain Roofing. Their owner, Bruce, has a keen eye for color and the roof and gutters they installed matched my house color (unlike my neighbors who went with someone else). They smoothly worked with my insurance throughout the whole process, and came back a couple of times to ensure I was happy with their excellent work. And not only am I extremely satisfied with the professional job they did, but I especially appreciate how they stayed in touch with me with open and honest communication. I highly recommend them.
