Did some dry rot repair for me a little over 2 years ago. At the time, I thought he did a good job but recently saw a problem with wood separating up on the barge rafter. This is not easy to notice high up and I only found it when looking out my upper floor window accidentally. He did not return any of my calls or text messages until I called him from another number one day. Said it was a little past their 2 year guarantee but understands how it could be missed so he said he was going to send a crew. I scheduled time off to be home to show the crew but no one came. Since then. He hasn’t picked up any of my calls or responded to texts or voicemails over past several weeks. I don’t have any problems with his company or work otherwise but this is something his company should fix.
