We were new to Tennessee and needed a new garage and carport had no idea who to call as we didn’t know anyone for a recommendation. We got several quotes and Mountain View was not the cheapest they were in the middle of the quoted prices. Well let me tell ya! Paul who helped us with the design aspect spent as much time as we asked for helping us. (we had a design in our head and he made it become a reality) Dallas who was our project manager is one of the nicest guys you will meet. Well they all were so wonderful and friendly down to earth fellas . Carl is the best concrete guy around and works his tail off.Gary who helped Carl was amazing as well. Leon was our builder and he is nothing short of amazing. Leon’s son helped him a lot. He is the most amazing teenager you will meet learning the skills of his father’s trade is just really nice to see. He was just as good as his father. We tried not to bother them so they could work. Leon is very thorough and makes sure everything is done to your specifications. This is nice if you have ever dealt with contractors before. We had bad experiences in other states before. It was so nice that Mountain View builders could just be left alone and actually built exactly what we asked for. I highly recommend Mountain View for your building project. They are super busy so there may be wait times for coordinating concrete and gravel. Weather can also affect these things being coordinated but they will get it done as soon as possible. We were just thrilled with the final product and now have a really well made building. Oh and they actually have an awesome shop where you can go in and see samples. We didn’t go there till the project was done. They brought the samples to us. But it does help to go into their office where you can see a lot of different options for materials. We would have probably spent more money if we had gone to the shop before we built. So I guess having minimal choices helped keep us on budget. I hope you consider them if building they are worth the wait for sure. Thank you to the entire crew of Mountain View for giving us such a wonderful building and for all your hard work.
