Easiest 5 star review. So thankful for Tom this morning for helping me when I needed it most. He is very knowledgeable and it’s very apparent he knows what he is doing. I will definitely turn to you for any future vehicle needs and recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you, Tom!

Tom is a down to earth guy and a real straight shooter. He knows his stuff and always returns my calls when I don't catch him. This was the first shop I went to when I moved to Bend and will continue to do so. He's worked on three of my vehicles and I've always known I can trust him. I highly recommend Brandy's!

Tom is the BOMB, period. I was in a total panic when the alternator died on my '97 Honda Civic. I've lived in Bend 30 years and my 2 amazing mechanics are both retired. Tom was recommended to me by an auto repair shop I used to use, and he did not disappoint. He got me in immediately, and charged me $500 less than 2 other estimates where they had no idea when they could actually do the work on my car. If you want a truly local, honest, competent and thoughtful mechanic, Tom at Brandy's is your guy.

Recommended by a trusted friend. I am overjoyed to have found Brandy's to resuscitate my 2010 Highlander (she's been rode hard & put up wet one too many times). Kendall Toyota quoted me $7k+ to repair an oil leak (said the engine had to be removed to repair it) and to replace the two front struts. Tom at Brandy's fixed the oil leak and was knowledgeable about updates to Toyota parts/service requirements; he also replaced all four struts at my request -- altogether for 1/3 of the price quoted by Kendall. I may be blonde but even I knew Kendall was ripping me off. Tom was extremely professional, responsive and had the Highlander turned around in less than 48 hours, as he had to order parts. Amazing! Highly, highly, highly recommend.
