My girlfriend went here for spravato, this place is either committing medicaid fraud or is completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. They put my girlfriend thru hell for 4 months getting her hopes up to begin spravato, kept telling her just a few more weeks,just a few more weeks. All the while making her attend multiple counseling courses and redundant appointments for 4 months just so they could keep billing medicaid. But n3ver began spravato. Finally it was just to obvious what was going on and she stopped going. If you are going here for spravato please save yourself half a year or more of time and go somewhere else. These people slneed to be investigated for medicaid fraud. The mental and emotional distress they caused my girlfriend was just unbelievable and the red flag that has me convinced everything im saying is true was that they could not care any less about it.

If you are in need of mental health care- do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The lack of communication and empathy are absolutely shameful for a place that is supposed to help people feel better. There is a reason they are rated 3.1 out of 5 stars Shame on you mountain west
