Having an easily accessible, modern website is vital to connect people with the help they need and to connect us to community partners, pro bono attorneys and volunteers who help us fight for justice. Mountaintop Web Design's thoughtful project management, expertise, design skills and responsiveness guided us on this project, and the excellent new website they created will help us serve our community for years to come.

I have been using Mountaintop Web Design for almost a year now and am very happy. I am very pleased with the level of service I have received. The previous web developer I used was terrible and constantly let my website go down and blamed my site saying they need to just redo my website. When I switched to Mountaintop, they had it fixed in less than a day and they said it was not a big issue to fix! So nice to have someone honest and helpful on my side. They are great with helping me when asked, they have a pretty quick turn around with tasks and projects I need done. :)

Josiah is an extremely bad coder and launched a website with so many technical errors I had to have this 10K website done again. The coding was bad. When I would get a website update, coding would be undone and chunks of the site would be gone. I have a series of online eLearning classes, the videos he put on the site were so large I had a 30/100 health score for mobile applications and the videos would not load. He does not know that bigger videos should be at the bottom of the fold and shorter ones high on the webpage. For a man who claims to be an SEO expert, I had an overall website health score of 40/100. Other significant technical issues that hurt me java script issues, duplicate tags, redirects that were not addressed. When the website was launched, I crashed so hard, that it looked like a stock market crash. He did not take steps to mitigate the site prior to launching which he should know to do. I lost a lot of business from his work because my website was not findable.. My project was too big for his company. He claims to have a team. Look on his site. There are no Meet the Team people. He contracts with Upwork. This was obvious because so many pages had a completely different style. My bookstore pages were pure gibberish. Something was very wrong. When asked for the file to have my new people fix it, he said he does not keep websites once they are launched. He claimed to no longer have it. Who does not keep records. My site was to be done in 90 days. I think he houses them for free and when the 90 days are up has to pay for hosting. He wanted me to pay for it. He does not have a place to store websites. I chose him because he is very well spoken and has good academic knowledge about websites and PPC. But in practice, his knowledge is outdated and his sites are badly designed with technical issues that will prevent you from ranking. People who have looked at my site said the coding is very bad. I regret choosing him to do my site. It took him twice as long as he quoted and there were so many technical problems that my site could not be saved. I have lost thousands upon thousands of dollars. Keep looking and find another web developer who actually knows how to code.
