I started at Move Strong Waterloo about two months ago — from doing absolutely nothing to now loving going twice a week! The atmosphere here is amazing — so positive, motivating, and full of great energy. All the trainers are fantastic: professional, passionate, funny, and always ready to help or guide you along the way. They make every workout enjoyable and tailored to your level. I never thought I’d actually look forward to going to the gym, but now I can’t imagine my week without it! Their coaching is supportive, knowledgeable, and inspiring, and they focus on integrating strength and mobility.
