Never trust someplace with alI 5 star reviews. I sold a faulty screen for my 21 ultra and they refuse yo warranty the part or repair. Paid $350 for a screen and the want me to pay another $285 for a new screen. Would not recommend. Ubreakifix offers a 1 year warranty.

Bad customer service Lisa is ver rude and does not know how or when to speak or listen they’ve messed up my phone z TWICE promised a discount on repair and then disputed the discount on account to price of supplies wasted 2 hours arguing with Lisa ending with her hanging up on me very unprofessional no solutions phone still broken.

My experience at this store was superb. My phone was broken(iPhone 6s) and I was contemplating purchasing a cheap $50 phone that wouldn’t be as high in quality. After speaking to the young woman who assisted me, she assured me that she could indeed fix my phone, and that it would only cost me $60 and would take about 30 minutes. The capabilities of my cell phone were restored. I now have full functionality. I cannot thank her enough for her services. I will definitely come back the next time I encounter any issues of this type.
