I highly recommend taking the cheese class! It was so much fun learning how to stretch and fold the mozzarella. We made 4 types of cheese (ricotta, mozzarella, Oaxaca and a mozzarella roll with olives) The cheese and wine tasting was a nice way to end the day mingling with fellow classmates. I really enjoyed the goat cheese with herbs so I bought a roll to enjoy later. They were kind enough to give me some ice for the trip back home. Can't wait to come back!

We did the mozzarella making class and wow!!! Such a fun and unique date night. We made three types of mozzarella variations and ricotta! Learned the history of the company, toured the factory, tried so many delicious cheeses with some wine. And even got to keep the aprons 🤪 The co-owner who ran the tour (can’t remember his name sadly) was hilarious and was a great teacher and story teller! We want to gift this class to our friends and families because it was so fun!
