Roofers are a little like mechanics. There are a lot of good ones out there but…. Most of us don’t know that much about roofing or mechanics of vehicles. It is best to go with someone you trust or have trusted recommendations of. Imagine if mechanic salespeople were knocking on your door because they knew you had issues. I’ve dealt with three different roofing companies on my home over the years and I was, by far, the most pleased with Impact. Locally owned and managed. They focus on satisfaction. My previous roofer was not responsive even though I had been a large customer. Very professional and proactive scheduling. Good communication about our appointment. The estimator was very clear in explaining my issues and the remedies. Missing shingles and leaks. Our repairs were quickly scheduled and tech went over and above to cover all needs, including what was not apparent initially. Having run my own company for almost 30 years, I appreciate a company who stands out from the pack. I highly recommend Impact and will be calling them for any repairs or replacements in the future. We are very pleased with the work and effort that the Mpact team did in replacing our roof. We are very pleased with the results and the level of service they gave us. We worked with Doug from the very beginning and he is a top notch individual and extremely knowledgeable and honest. This was the first time we’ve ever had to replace our roof due to hail and Doug was very patient in answering every single question and gave us all of the details we needed to make an informed decision. Mpact Roofing was excellent to work with. Kevin provided a through assessment of my roof and a reasonable approach to fix the damage. It gave me a great sense of confidence and trust to hear that overall my roof was in good shape and just a vent needed to be replaced. No need for insurance claims!
