Mpower6 Gym

I trained with Chelsea for about a year and three months, and she helped me reach the strongest point in my life. I was lifting the heaviest weights I’ve ever used. She is very responsible, gives great diet advice, and always made sure to adjust exercises when I hurt my wrist so I could keep training safely. She also took the time to listen to even my small everyday stories, which made every session enjoyable. I recently moved out of town, but if I had stayed, I would have definitely continued training with her. The gym itself is also great. Everyone there was welcoming and supportive. Overall, I had a really wonderful experience and highly recommend Chelsea as a trainer!

The facility is well-organized and efficiently run, with no pointless distractions—like TVs or unnecessary clutter on the gym floor. Music is loud enough without being too overbearing. The members are fully engaged in their training told me all I need to know about the gym’s culture: intentional and purposeful. The assessment they conducted was thorough, precise, and streamlined. They not only accurately identified my mobility issues but also provided clear professional discussion and a fair price for training and membership. Morale and Rashid left me with the best possible impression of the business.

Mpower6 is hands down the best gym in Kentuckiana. Staff is attentive, professional and helpful. The facility is clean and organized. Arsenal equipment is top of the line. Plus, a smoothie bar/ clean modern locker rooms/ and sauna ... They could charge twice the price for membership => Great Value! 💪🏼
