I called and was able to get a same-day appointment for my refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Charles sent a text as promised when he was on his way to my home. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The part was a bit pricey, but he had everything on the truck and quickly fixed the problem. For a Friday call, I am ecstatic this was fixed before the weekend!

My refrigerator failed on Saturday. I called Mr. Appliance on Sunday morning and left a message. He called me right back and trouble shouted with me over the phone to see if it was something he could fix. After many questions, he determined that it was not and since it was a relatively new appliance advised me to call the manufacturer directly. I plan to do that first thing on Monday. He did not charge me for his time even though he does not work on Sunday mornings. Very impressed with Mr. Appliance!
