From start to finish, Mr. Electric had everything covered. My first contact was with Mallory...she made setting my appointment quick and painless...she was friendly and professional. I was very impressed. My service tech was Brian C. Not only did he arrive on time, he put on protective shoe coverings before he walked in the door. That made my wife quite happy because she loves her hardwood floors. Long story short, After running his diagnostics, Brian thoroughly explained what my options were as well as offer additional services that Mr Electric provided. Honestly, the whole experience was pain free...the job was done right. It's obvious that Mr Electric truly cares about it's customers...it shows in everything they do....highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Electric. Scheduled online just a couple days out, Brian came to give me a quote, and then I was pleasantly surprised he would be doing the work and starting that day. Finished all projects in 2 days, including removing old fixtures, adding 220 outlet in the basement, switched out some old bulbs I could not reach, under cabinet lighting, new pendant lights plus another fixture, gave me advice on the pendants based on his experience and complete clean up and haul away. Very professional and pleasant.

Brian our tech and the office kept us informed about arrival time, which was perfect. Brian was very kind, nice to the dog and did a great job running some wiring to a new dishwasher and left the area all cleaned up. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and Mike Ford in particular. Along with his apprentice Emerson, Mike replaced a damaged outlet with a proper GFCI, and anchored a riser on our roof. This followed a visit to install 2 ceiling fans with another apprentice whose name I can't remember. The 2nd visit was scheduled quickly and they took care of coordinating everything with MidAmerican Energy. Mike is great about explaining things clearly to a layperson who isn't familiar with electrical terms and all work was completed promptly and professionally. Mallory in the office is also great to work with, going above and beyond to help.
