Our experience with Mr. Electric was Excellent. From the initial diagnosis to the completion of the job, our technician displayed professionalism, courtesy and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and skill. He was very detailed with explaining what was required to finish the job keeping us informed throughout the process. Any questions or requests were handled well. We were well satisfied with the care and efficiency of his work from checking to make sure everything was done to perfection. He made sure we were pleased before he left and did not mind videoing his work and explaining in detail how the job was carefully executed. William and his partner were very friendly. They knew exactly what all was wrong with my crazy wired house. He found out my son was having a very important party and went above and beyond to make sure we had power for it. I am very thankful for all their hardworking. These guys redid my house. No just a little job. If you ever need a good electrician i highly recommend them. I really can’t thank them enough. If it wasn’t for their knowledge my whole house could have caught on fire. I should have called Mister Electric first. When I did call, it was to rework another electrician. From my initial call, to my last call they were very professional, patient and super communicators. The electrician came to the house to determine the amount of work and provide an estimate. I was immediately impressed with his promptness acknowledge of a trade. His estimate was right in line with what I expected. When he came back the work was completed with the mark a true tradesman. Did I say, I wish, I would haved Mr. Electric first?
