They sent an electrician, Nezir, within 2 hours, and he was able to install a new up-to-code load center at 9am the following morning. Power restored in 4 hours! I cannot say enough about Nezir, his expertise and professionalism, his friendless, and his ample patience with nosy know-it-all DIYers like myself. Well done. Customer for life.
