Michael and I used Mr. Fix It to replace our screens on our porch. We reached out by phone on a Saturday and was surprised that someone was in the office. My husband spoke with Lorenzo regarding having our screens replaced and getting a quote. Lorenzo provided information regarding product that would be used and options of screening materials. We sent him several photos of our porch screens for him to review. He got back to us in a timely manner and setup an appointment the following Saturday to come to our home and give us a quote. Lorenzo was very professional and polite and easy to talk to. We had to wait to schedule the job due to the weather. Once the work was started and seeing what was involved we thought at first the quote was a little high. However, the craftsmanship and materials used was exceptional. We are very happy with the work that was done! Thank you for giving me back my quiet oasis! We would highly recommend Mr. Fix It!

8 weeks ago I decided to refresh my kitchen with new appliances, I am a first time homeowner with no clue to what the simple act of buying new appliances entailed. I got recommendations and I made appointments with not 1 but 3 plumber/electricians, I confirmed 3 appointments the day before and got 3 no shows. I decided that I probably could do this myself, because seriously how hard could it be 🤣 So I went out and ordered my new appliances and was informed what a delivery person could and couldn't do and what needed to be done to be up to code 😐 So I went home and panic emailed the first couple of handymen that popped up in the Google search as well as a couple of community pages in my area, because my appliances where going to be delivered in 3 days 🤢 In less than an hour my phone rang and a voice said hi, I'm Mr Fix It, how can I help? So in my panicked state I told him what was going on, in less than an hour he was at my door assessing my situation. He walked me through what needed to be done, he purchased the disposal that needed to be replaced, as well as the power box for the stove, he and his partner Alex removed the old appliances and made sure that everything was ready for delivery of the new appliances the day before and was there as soon they were delivered to finish up the installation, and only rolled his eyes upon realizing I forgot about the range hood 😁 Mr Fix It is the best and I highly recommend

The Mr. Fix It team was very nice to work with. I hired them to install an exhaust fan in my bathroom, and vent it out to the exterior of the home. They also moved the existing light switch that was previously installed in a poor location. Lorenzo answered immediately when calling him the first time, and sent me a quote within a couple days of calling him. To get the quote, I simply had to send a few photos and answer a few questions about the home and what I wanted. This process was very easy and convenient. The quote he gave me for the work was very fair. Both Lorenzo and Alex, who worked on the job, were courteous and happy to answer my questions. They did good work and cleaned up any mess that was made from the work that was done. I appreciated their promptness, workmanship, fair price, flexibility, expertise, and overall kindness. I would definitely hire Mr. Fix It again!

Lorenzo and his team were incredibly prompt, hard working, and thorough. We had a problem with our siding and called multiple contractors and exterior companies to no avail. Lorenzo came immediately to look and give a fair quote for the amount of work he put in. He even repainted the siding which the others had said we would have to get a painter for. So happy with his quality work.
