Garage door does not open due to broken torsion spring, thin wiring and loose bolts. This company provides excellent service, speed and knowledge on their field. Special mention to Zayne who serviced my issue. He provided tips and guide for maintaining garage doors in great condition. I highly recommend this company for any garage doors inquiries.

Got them do my new door and opener. Initial install was horrible and the Tech took 16 hours to complete when the quote was for 4 hours. I had to ask him to leave at 830 at night. The install was so bad they had to send a tech to re support the opener and the rails. Shortly after install the door started clicking on the way up on the one side. Emailed them and the same tech who did the initial install showed up without a phone call (luckily my wife was home). He lubricated the door and the clicking started right away again. I investigated and he had installed the incorrect bolts and the rollers were catching on them. Instead of contacting the company again I bought the correct bolts and installed myself. Overall not a great experience for such a simple task.

Excellent purchase, scheduling and installation of a new garage door (Canadian made). The door looks very sharp with glass inserts in the upper panel. Quite an improvement to our "curb appeal". Thanks much for the quick turnaround and great price on a new door.
