Definitely, recommend Mad Dad Handyman. Tim, the owner, reached out immediately after I texted regarding a few repairs on the exterior of home. The same evening we spoke over the phone regarding the issues to be addressed, after I sent the photos he requested. The trim on the East side of our home needed replacing, after woodpecker damage from the last two summers. For this 1st time, the list included replacing and painting trim, painting a stucco like cement board, gutter repair and trim around garage door. The quote was received the same day and work performed this week. Tim's commitment and followi thru to his customers is excellent. He suggested cedar board for the trim replacement, as it is insect resistant and worked with a paint supply store that advised on what additive to use in the paint to deter insects and hopefully stop the woodpecker's interest...amazing that his is necessary for such bird! I'll definitely will use Tim's company again.

I googled and found Mad Dad Handyman, owner is Tim. He responded and asked for my lengthy 'Honey-do' list. Got a quote and we scheduled him to come out. He showed up on time, very personable and did a multitude of things for us. He added 54 cabinet/drawer knobs in kitchen, laundry room & 2.5 bathrooms. He put in a doorbell ringer, garage door pad for entering garage without a remote. He removed & installed a new ceiling fan and touched up the ceiling around fan base. He installed a new master bath light/fan fixture. He removed a 4 fluorescent light fixture and patched ceiling & used our ceiling paint to paint area. He will stop back in when light gets delivered for kitchen to install. He also hung up 2 large pictures for walls. He owns the business and for all he did, it was worth it for peace of mind for my hubby & I!
