We had the malfunctioning front door handle replaced. Ronaldo, the repairman, was very courteous and efficient. He did a great job fixing our problem. The work took 2 hours and the cost was $371, significantly more than I’d anticipated.

Promptness of service was outstanding. Worked with a great sense of urgency. People friendly & sincere. Extremely knowledgeable. My favorite part was the attention to detail and providing crystal clear expectations. Very rarely do I see this level of service. This was old school 100% satisfaction type service. I will definitely be reaching out for assistance again and I highly recommend others do the same.

From scheduling to the job being completed, the entire process was seamless. The communication leading up to the day of the job was clear and thorough. The technician, Renato, was professional, competent, and personable. We discussed the job prior to him starting and a road map was provided. He got to work immediately. The work was completed efficiently and with an eye on quality. The time lapse video of the work was a nice touch. Based on this experience I will undoubtedly be hiring Mr. Handyman in the future.
