I accepted a quote by one of the guys the company send. He took detailed pictures and took notes on the request. The day of work was a mess, the guy did not know how to do properly do anything and ended up getting replaced by another Handyman. The work that was supposed to be 3-4 hours ended up on almost a week long of work (between availability, having to change an entire baseboard the other guy damaged, re-scheduling) and on top of that I ended up paying over $200 the original quote. On top of everything the dumb guy from the original quote left BONDO all over the side of one of my brick walls. I tried talking with the company to try to solve this and either get a partial refund or cleaning of my house, but never got any response. The good thing about all this, is knowing they had an incredible guy named EJ. He was a game changer and helped fix most of the quoted things (although we even agreed to paint as he would have need to come back AGAIN) the other guy damaged with a super friendly attitude. Bittersweet review. I was going to update my review and improve it as help was received, but the tone of the Owner in his reply and lies will make me leave this forever. He says I DID NOT GIVE MY NUMBER, when Jennifer has called me and we have talked several times since all this started. YOU LIED when you said you were coming to talk to us and never came. Also, I PAID MORE BECAUSE EJ had to FIX THE WORK THE OTHER DUDE DAMAGED. If that would have not happened, probably the original ESTIMATE would have been the one I agreed to. I recommend you go and take some COMMUNICATION and emotional intelligence classes.

After a delay starting the project, my technician arrived promptly at the new designated time. We discussed the three items I needed addressed and he went to work. He was very professional and very efficient. All work was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Handyman and will definitely use this business again.
