I successfully picked away at my perennial house to-do list for a couple of months. Painting a baseboard, repairing a chair leg, sanding and painting rough spots on a deck railing, etc. Then I hit the next level of difficulty. When a close friend told me she uses John @ Mr Handyman in Richmond for her needs as a realtor, I updated my list and contacted them immediately. They gave us a fair quote and John worked diligently for 3 days replacing tub caulking, repainting a long stair bannister, front door, shed and bathroom as well as some carpentry work on outside. . I was very impressed with his thorough communication, flexibility to shift plans when needed and his superior skills. He adjusted and had a plan for every problem that came up as he worked on our older property. He was respectful, efficient, flexible and skilled, surpassing our expectations. John and the staff did their best to meet our expectations even when the unexpected came up. My husband and I highly recommend Mr Handyman!
