My washer broke this morning mid-cycle. It's Thanksgiving eve and the first ice storm is upon us, definitely not what I need. After calling three local companies with no answer, I then called IKAG. The phone was answered, basic info taken, and an appointment was scheduled. An hour later and my wash is back in action. Strong price, fast and reliable service, I should've called IKAG sooner. After living in our house for only a year, the seemingly brand new Samsung washer stopped draining and eventually wouldn't operate at all. After doing some basic troubleshooting, it was determined we'd need to bring in a professional. The repair person from I Know A Guy, Tevin, was able to come by and diagnose the issue on the same day we called. Then, he was back the next day to replace the part that had broken. Normally, I loathe making service appointments because so many businesses take advantage of my being socialized as a woman and not always knowing much about mechanical repairs. Tevin, however, was professional and kind - and I never felt condescended to or pressured. So far, our washer is back to running smoothly and I would absolutely recommend this business!
