Rob from Ultra Connect went above and beyond! He and his crew showed up on a Saturday—yes, a weekend!—to assemble two large, heavy pieces of Fortunoff furniture for us. Not only were they fast and efficient, but the quality of their work was top-notch. Every detail was handled with care. We expected the assembly to take much longer, because I had a lot of stuff for delivering & assembling. As well, they were very responsive to our texts and were transparent about the price. I reached company ULTRA Assembly in NYC after previous installers did not work out. I shared my story with Natasha (at ULTRA Assembly) and she provided a detailed overview of how they work and the installation date/time. She delivered everything that was promised from beginning to end, and installers Marat and Vadim, are very experienced, organized, creative, and efficient. The (kitchen) installation was completed perfectly and high quality (i.e., secure, leveled, etc.), as well as ensuring that individual preferences are taken into consideration which is very important. I am very happy with their work and will be hiring the team again for the future project (in the winter as the team is less busy compare to the summer period). I highly recommend the ULTRA Assembly team - excellent service.
