Please check your products before you leave. I purchaes a baby walker. It comes in a bag and requires assembling. I immediately notice the seat had 3 holes that already started to tear. So I pointed it out and requested to have another one. He returned with another baby walker, I inspected the seat and it looked much better. However, when I got home & assembled the walker the base is broken. I called Mr. Offers he stated no refunds & no returns. I explained I understood that but I walked out with a broken item. I explained the the first walker he handed to me was damaged, so I feel he knew this one was too. He hung up on me twice, because I kept calling back. The third time I did speak to someone else he basic said oh well it was my problem. Unfortunately, this happened to me but please assemble items in store and inspect all purchases before you actually make your purchase.

I come here almost every week. The store is always clean and well stocked. It’s a great fit for my business needs. I have no probs with the staff. I will ALWAYS shop here!!
