I went there on a Sunday for the first time, and the experience was very good, the puffs were fresh, tasty, and had a satisfying crispy crunch. I returned three days later, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the same as the first visit. I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup, but the quality just wasn’t what I expected. I called the store to explain the situation, and the person who answered was very kind, understanding, and apologetic. I was told to come back and speak with Imani, and I’m so glad I did. She was friendly, professional, and handled the situation swiftly. I explained what happened, and she immediately made a fresh batch for me with a warm and welcoming attitude. Imani did an excellent job. The puffs were delicious, fresh, crispy, and had that perfect crunch when you bite into them. The toppings were flavorful, and there’s a nice variety to choose from. Thank you, Imani, for turning the experience around and making it a great one. They were done perfectly, and your customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place and definitely worth trying!

This was my first time at Mr. Puffs and it was great! There are so many different flavors it was difficult to choose. They were made fresh and were hot!🔥 The next time I'm in the area I will definitely go there again.

Whether you go classic with chocolate hazelnut or venture into fruity or specialty sauces like maple syrup, strawberry cheesecake, or their signature “Choco Loco,” each bite is indulgent without being overly heavy. The service at this location is consistently friendly and efficient. Staff take the time to explain the menu to first-timers, and the open kitchen concept lets you watch your puffs being made right in front of you, which adds a fun element to the experience. The store itself is clean and modern, with some indoor seating available. It’s a great stop after a shopping spree or for a casual hangout with friends and family. You can also grab drinks like iced coffees, milkshakes, and slushies to pair with your dessert. Parking at Heartland is ample, so access is easy. Just be ready for a bit of a line on weekends—it’s popular, and for good reason. Must-try: Choco Loco puffs with cinnamon sugar base, and their iced caramel latte along with baklava mount Olympus.

I thought it would be too sweet but turns out it balances the whole flavor in one bite. My husband normally eats laquimat (the plain version coated with sugar), so he was doubtful at first but eventually liked it. Worth the drive! Long lines so be patient to wait as it is freshly made.
