I would 100 percent recommend this company. Amazing from start to finish. This technician jazjeet was amazing, professional, and fixed our issue. Also Ashley was also absolutely amazing! She called me back to make sure everything went well. Super professional and someone who actually cares about customer service! The supervisor Shawn was also amazing!! Thank you all !! I will definitely return to this company, should I have any other issues.. so nice to see a reliable company out there who truly cares about their customers..

Called for a quote. They fit me in for same-day to see what needed to be done. No charge for visit. Received a quote from another plumber service prior to Mr. Rooter visit, but wanted to get a couple others for comparison. Chad came and was very friendly and personable. He did a thorough review of my toilets that were having issues. As we went from bathroom to bathroom, he also asked about other drains or other issues I may be encountering. It was a good reminder and he showed me some quick fixes and tips. He took his time to prepare a quote, but unfortunately the quote was more than double the competitor's. Chad was great, but the price dictated by the business was not. There was also a push for the service guys to have customers sign up for memberships in order to get a reduced rate. Not good value considering I wouldn't want to use a plumbing service so much that it warrants a membership. If so, time for a new house!

I wrote an earlier review but I cannot locate it....Please forgive me if you see two of them. Mr Rooter came twice for two different services and we had the privilege of having Charlie on both occasions. Charlie has a vast knowledge and broke everything down and made things easier to understand. We were given options and were left with zero surprises of how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable. You pay for quality...You get quality! The flat rate approach is nice to have and left us at ease. The prices are reasonable and there is no watching the clock because you are worried about paying the plumber by the hour. Appropriate covid measures were taken. The costumer service department on the phone was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. The first visit was a secondary water main repair and a water valve repair to a toilet and a new toilet installation. The second repair was a shower faucet and leaking pipe problem. I like how the quote and work order is all sent through via email . I think there are other options. We opted to take the one time fee discount plan. It takes a percentage of the original quote and you get other things but It's best to discuss the details with the folks over at Mr Rooters office. We will be calling them again if we have a problem.
