I have to highlight our experience with Safi, Safi is so good at his job, super consultative and helpful, explained to us everything we needed to know, saved our house from what could’ve been a terrible water leak. Our toilet was clogged. I called Mr. Rooter office and customer services was excellent. Plumber Gordon came to fix it and gave me 2 options. First option was to install a new toilet and I was shocked to listen the price of toilet which he told me around 1,700/- dollars. Second option was to “attempt” and it cost was 352/-. “attempt” option was not guaranteed to solve the problem but to pay full in any case. I checked and found that Home Depot was selling the same toilet in 300/- dollars. One option was to purchase the toilet by our-selves and Mr. Rooter price to install it was around 700/- dollars. I requested to the Plumber to try “attempt” and might be that works. He did it well and unclogged it in 3 minutes. I paid 352/- dollars for 3 minutes work. Good customer service but very very expensive as compared to the market. Might be not able to call and obtain their services again. Good Luck !

Nahom was here first thing this morning fix a strange leak in the basement, he found it had been leaking from kitchen drainage system. ensured all other measures were taken to not let it fault again. his work i guessed, finished earlier than i expected. great work, clean, with good advices and precaution. very thorough.
