I'm a tenant who had a clog in the basement floor drain, all the poop in the house was coming up. My amazing landlord called this company and they came out. The service technician came in, looked and quoted my landlord 350 saying he could unclog it. My landlord agreed. Thats when the technicians attitude changed. All of a sudden, he began repeatedly saying he hopes that the pipe isn't broken. He went in with his camera and couldn't get the clog out. Throughout this whole thing, I kept wanting to record a video for my landlord to which the technician kept saying "no don't, I'll tell you when", I kept insisting, he kept saying "no he won't understand anyway".-I found this suspicious and recorded anyway. Anyway, about 45 min later the technician quoted my landlord about 6 grand to dig a supposed broken pipe in the driveway. When my landlord asked how long he could have to think about it the tech said "what's there to think about". Question...if he couldn't unclog it, how could he see the pipe was broken? 3 hours later, an old school tech came from a different company, drilled a small hole through the drywall to the main pipe, unclogged everything with a snake and $200 later, all was working-without a 6grand huge issue that MR. Rooter almost immediately insisted it was. Scammers. Don't use.
