I used Mr. Rooter earlier this year and was so impressed I called them back for a clogged bathroom sink I couldn't clear myself. As I had had exorbitant 'emergency' prices for a weekend job from another company years back, I waited til Monday as I didn't want to get hit with a weekend call charge, and was surprised to find out that Mr. Rooter's prices are the same, no matter time of day, or weekend call, so I could have called on Saturday. They only charge a reasonable call-out fee, which is waived if you go ahead with work, so you can't complain about that. I also like that they give you a 3-hour window. And they call you half an hour before arrival. Unheard of!! I was lucky enough to be able to request Peter again. He is so professional, genuine, polite, respectful of your home, (I kept telling him to leave his shoes on to go to the basement, and he'd take them off and carry them from the furnace room) and just a pleasure to deal with. He cleaned the sink, and floor around it. I'm giving Peter 5 stars, and Mr. Rooter 4.5 stars as I felt price a bit high. However, to be fair to Mr. Rooter, I hadn't had a sink clog in 30 years, so my idea of pricing might be a little out-of-date... I do know they were reasonable for my toilet replacement earlier this year. I will definitely refer, and continue to use, Mr. Rooter.

I just had an extremely stressful experience where the main drain pipe from my old Toronto house collapsed. I could not use any water in my house. I am so glad I called Mr Rooter. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and provided great communication throughout the process from assessing the issue to completing the pipe replacements. It was a huge job to put it lightly. They had to dig a 13 foot hole under my porch. They also called me the next day to make sure everything was good. I can’t recommend them enough.

Mike was amazing! Came downtown Toronto the same day to help me with my issue where other companies didn’t even bother to call me back. Great communication, fair price, and did a wonderful job up to code. Would recommend.

The plumber who came to our house is named David. He arrived on time. Explained everything well in terms that we could understand. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Rectified the issue quickly. David was professional, polite and friendly. When we require plumbing services in the future, we would absolutely request David. A 10/10 in all areas.
