Mr.Rooter was able to provide prompt service and a same day technician when we had a leak and contacted them. The technician Nathanial was friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered to try to explain everything he was seeing and inspecting, and was thorough. He also offered some quick, helpful opinions on a couple other things before heading out. He wrote a detailed synopsis of his inspection on our invoice as well.
