The person who cleaned the windows did not do one of the windows because there was a frog and he said he was afraid of frogs. He missed one front window and the inside of the basement windows 4 total. I realized this within the hour of him leaving and I called and left a message. This was on June 18. I continued to leave messages throughout the week Then at one point a voice recoding came up and said the mailbox was full. I had to hire someone else to do the remainder windows because we were showing our house on Thursday 6/20 I did not receive a message back until the following Monday, June 27. The person who handles the phone was excellent. I do not blame her. When she left her message on the 27 th she said she was out of town. My question is why was there not someone to cover the phone messages while this person was out of town? Poor customer service!! The check was immediately cashed, I guess once the check got cashed they did not care to follow up and make things right for the customer!

Jeff was extremely professional and the service was stellar. He was kind enough to fit me in for a last minute appointment. His price was unbeatable and his response time was impeccable. My sky light windows look brand new:) I will definitely use his services again at my home and without question, I highly recommend him.

I Highly recommend Mr. sparkle window cleaners. Jeff did an excellent job inside and out on all 40 plus windows in my home. He also returned the next day to complete some windows that were accidentally forgot. He was professional, kind and does excellent work!

I hired Mr. Sparkle on Sep 12 for a particularly tough window job in my new Baltimore apartment, including 5 large sash windows with screens and storm windows with 50-year dirt on them. I ended up paying $373 for the 2.5-hour job ($149/hour) and upon closer inspection after the job was complete, I found that one screen was not cleaned, some screens still had dirty edges, all the window frames still had uncleaned dirt, and the invoice had a mistake. I reached out by email Sep 18, sent pictures of the errors, and requested a partial refund. They declined to provide any refund and provided no apology or recognition of their errors. They did state that I should have called back within 5 days so they could have come back to check, but I replied in 6 days (I left town right after). Nowhere on their website, quote, or invoice was this 5-day policy mentioned. I would not recommend them. It took me 2 additional hours to correct the problems myself.
