carguy4614 cheyguy till i dieWait over price for the quality of things. They have their bought a sword less than 6 months ago only pick it up the show. People Hey look at this cool sword, but it seems to be getting. Flimzier each time I pick it up. So I stopped picking it up.Paid a hundred and 90 bucks for it and looked up the price online and on ebay 29 to 50 bucks they are selling it for if I would've known that's what they picked it up for I would've never bought it.I do understand prices add a store gonna be more expensive than buying online.And there's gonna be a price markup but not that much especially for the quality of the sword and if I remember correctly no one greeted us nor did they help us been going to look sharp since I was in high school. I'm 31, no, it definitely went downhill and I'm ashamed of it.
Raven WoodItems in the store looked dusty. Probably because nothing is selling due to lack of customer service. There was zero greeting acknowledgement walking in the store. When the employee finally did slide over to us it wasn't to ask was there anything they could help us find. It was to tell my adult son not to touch the displays. Good luck with Sales with that approach. Highly recommend learning better sales and customer interaction tactics.
Leigha GThe store is so cool with amazing products. Sunday at 3pm Dec. 4th, the clerk didn't greet us or respond when I said hello. He never asked if we needed help or if we had questions. He sat on a stool behind the counter playing on his phone the entire time. I said thank you when we left he still didn't respond. Terrible employee. Beautiful store!.

I went back and dropped of something I bought last year and they fixed it FOR FREE then shiped it back to me for a very small cost. I will continue to be a customer of this store for a long time.
