Barber Lounge is an amazing place, and Pauline truly stands out as an exceptional barber. She does an incredible job with both haircuts and color—my hair never goes wrong with her. Every cut is done with precision, care, and attention to detail, and her dye work is absolutely incredible. Pauline is extremely passionate about her work, and it really shows. She treats her customers with genuine care and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed, as if you’ve known her for a long time. Her friendly personality and professionalism create such a relaxing and positive experience every visit. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust with your hair, Pauline is the one. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I received a haircut that was pretty bad. Awful really. My vision is pretty poor, so I had just accepted what was done when he said he was finished, assuming it was all good. I even told the gentleman when he went to show me with the mirror that I couldn’t see it, and that I trust him…. Oops, that’s on me. Annnnnd I even tipped him. But when I got home, I was instantly told by my wife to go back and get it fixed. When she finished laughing at me. Thankfully when I called them about it, they would fix it no charge. So the next day, I was to show up in morning for them to ‘fix’ it at 9a.m. I showed up early so I wouldn’t be in the way or a hassle, but The appointment ended up starting 15 minutes late anyways. Thankfully, The owner was able to salvage what he could. And I really appreciated that. But there was zero apology for the bad haircut, or having to come back the next day from Hamilton. He also seemed like he was mad and really annoyed at me for coming back and him having to fix it. Do what you will with that info. I’m Just sharing my experience. I’m not sure what contacting you will do to resolve this. I got a really bad haircut and had to go out of my way to get it fixed, by someone who was unapologetic, late and extremely annoyed and or mad at me, and the situation. My resolve is letting people know of the potential experience they could have. Knowledge is power.

I had a refreshing and relaxing time at Barber's Lounge recently, and had the pleasure of a fresh trim, layering and blow out by the lovely @hannahmcn.styles. I’m incredibly selective about who touches my hair—but Hannah was recommended to me by a great friend. She was warm, kind, and professional from the start. Her work was swift, but never rushed—everything felt relaxed, intentional, and efficient. My hair is extremely thick, and Hannah thoughtfully suggested adding some layers to give it more shape and movement. I had my reservations at first, but I trusted her—and I’m so glad I did. I’m very happy with the look and especially how it feels—light, fresh, and healthy. She also gave me a flawless blow-dry and included the most relaxing head massage. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you, Hannah! I’m so happy I found you and will definitely be back.
