Marc helped me identify the cause of my gaming PC problems (crashing while using applications/games), and installed the part I needed to fix the problem for very great price. I’m not happy with my experience. My laptop bios chip was corrupted and I brought it to this store. The guy was nice and I told him that my BIOS was corrupted. He said he was going to check it then mail me the total price. And here’s the problem, everything in the price was damn ridiculous. 1/ First, the diagnostic fee. It’s $95, not $50 like on the google site said. I understand if they haven’t update the price but $95 for a look only( because I told them the chip was corrupted and I was right) is not worth it, feel like being ripped off. 2/ Secondly, the guy said it would take him approximately 3.5 hours to replace the chip. NO WAY It takes 3 and half hours, especially if you considered yourself as an expert. Resoldering one small chip twice take maybe about 10-20 minutes only and I can even do it myself, which I will. 3/ The chip was only $25 but they charged me $60. The shipping was even faster. I wouldn’t care much but since the above price drove me unpleasant so I wrote it here. Please think carefully before you bring your device here to get overcharged.

What an amazing person, Alhamdulillah! I have already been recommending him to a few people because of his outstanding service and kindness. He really cared about my situation when I explained it to him, and worked with me. Prices were far better than most repair shops I have been to, and I am most likely coming back to this shop again if something goes wrong with my electronic device, in shaa Allaah. I would HIGHLY recommend you guys to come to this shop if you are having any problems with your computer and/or phone. Don't miss out guys!
