JanessaI brought my cat here for a lion cut. When I got home I noticed huge chunks of hair falling out as he was walking around. They didn't bother to brush him out at all. For $90 you would think they would of done a quick 2 second brush to get whatever remaining hair was left in his fur. They also didn't shave him evenly, we could see lines all through where they shaved and patches of hair. I don't know if I will be bringing my boy back. He was also sedated before coming and so I know that he was calm enough to let them do a good job and brush him out, but they didn't. I added a photo of chunks of hair that fell off him in his carrier on the way home, and there was plenty more falling off when he came out. The other photo shows how uneven of a shave they gave him. You can see lines where it's longer, and up towards his neck they shaved a chunk out but didn't make it even. There is a just a line that goes up into the fur and then they stopped there. Terrible job.
