Can't say enough great things about this place. Dr Park took the time to explain to us what we needed and made sure our baby girl's care was complete and affordable. We rescue dogs and treatment gets very expensive for a house with multiples. Dr. Park was kind and patient, and did not make us feel guilty for waiting to bring in our dog and her tumor. We had taken her to another vet previously who wouldn't even consider anything until we ran over 4k worth of diagnostic testing. We simply could not afford that and felt like we would have to put our sweet Candy girl to sleep. But Dr. Park saved her life and removed her mass the very next day. Thank you all so much for your kindness, compassion and understanding in the care of our loved one. We will be bringing all of our pets here going forward.

We love Waterloo! Dr. Park has been Bailey’s vet for over 10 years. We even followed her here! Dr. Richter is also wonderful. All the staff are wonderful. This is the only clinic where Bailey doesn’t shake when we get here. They all love her and call her by name and give her all the attention! Prices are reasonable and staff is top notch! They’ve done surgeries on Bailey, cancer vaccines and ozone therapy all to help her overcome her fight with cancer

We had to take two pets to be put down within the last month to this animal hospital. They were so kind and compassionate and made the proce easier on our hearts. We highly recommend this place for any of your pet needs needs
