Worst experience...Don't ever expect perfection or timely completion from Architect Vijay. Cracks all over the building within 1 month of completion of house and Mr.Vijay will never answer calls regarding their defects or clarifications. Only the design shown in the design seems good but in reality they don't have built buildings with proper dimensions or vasthu.
