I can honestly say Ms Catwalk and her staff provides some of the best customer service I have ever had. Not only the clothes are great and of great quality, but they provided me the BEST PERSONAL SHOPPING experience I have had next to Barney’s. I never went inside the boutique. I called the Boutique told them what I was looking for and my style. I sent them a couple of pictures via their Instagram Messaging. They pick me out a nice outfit to where for the evenings, but I ended up buying more then I was supposed to, due to all the options they had. The staff worked as a team and was very friendly over the phone. They had the items packed up very nicely for me and ready for my driver to pick them up immediately. I will definitely continue to shop with them as I love their personal and eye for great taste.

This is such a great boutique! The owner was there and helped me pick out some great stuff. Be sure to dig into those bargain bins there are true GEMS in there! As low as $15! I will definitely be shopping here regularly!

I was visiting the Chicago and stumbled on what I thought would be a cool place to shop. While I found (but didn’t buy) some nice pieces, I could muster up the energy to pull out of my credit card. The representative (not sure if it was the owner) Never assisted me AND was talking on the phone to a FRIEND. Most horrible experience.
