"Extremely Disappointing Experience I'm writing this feedback as a warning to others about the unprofessional and unethical behavior of @sabalinterior and @reyansh. With our wedding just around the corner, we entrusted them with designing our home, but they have left us in a state of distress. Despite a clear agreement outlining a payment plan of 80% in 4 installments and the final payment upon completion, they demanded and received full payment upfront. To our shock, they have now refused to complete the work, leaving us with an incomplete and unusable space. Some of the key issues that need to be highlighted include: - The dressing table was supposed to come with a chair, which they denied providing. - The bed wall back is incomplete, with the panel missing. - They failed to provide the light fixtures, which we had to order ourselves. Moreover, they didn't even connect the lights. - The terrace is totally incomplete, with no work done. Their actions have caused us immense mental stress, financial loss, and inconvenience, especially with our wedding looming. We had trusted them to deliver on their promises, but they have betrayed that trust. To make matters worse: - They failed to meet the agreed-upon deadline of January 7th and instead handed over the site on January 28th. - They ruined the floor during the work and left us to clean and scrub it ourselves due to compulsion. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM! We have lost money, and the work is still incomplete. They have shown a blatant disregard for their clients' time, money, and trust. I am very happy with them , they did a very good job for our home, our family is very happy and totally satisfied with their services. Very responsive and collaborative team. Highly recommended, one of the best architects in patna.
