MSE International Freight

My first time with this company having used a more famous - and more pricey - company before. Everything went according to plan and the car arrived from the UK safely and unmarked. Importantly, I received regular progress updates on expected arrival times etc. Nothing more to say other than I would heartily recommend MSE and in particular Maks was amazingly responsive to any questions I had.

We've been using Maks at MSE to deal with all of our customs clearances for the last few years. Always a very smooth process, always replies to my many numerous questions at all times of the day/evening which is really appreciated.

I had a very bad experience MSE freight. Poor communication around expected timescale and hidden lat minute cost. This all culminated in an employee swearing at me over text along with a number of other passive aggressive texts. The person was made aware the text was inappropriate and given the opportunity to apologies, but chose not to. Overall, I found them unprofessional, untrustworthy and rude This incident happened nearly two years ago, but the company continually tried to remove my reviews and manipulate goodie reviews rating. Hence why I will continue to report it to warn others.
